Chris Baiocchi has worked in the nonprofit space for 25 years as a communicator, fundraiser, and leader. He’s led annual giving campaigns, planned special events, written grants, and helped fundraisers and nonprofit professionals find joy, innovation, and passion in their work.

Jennifer Li Dotson is a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® and Strategic Advisor for AI in Fundraising.
Jennifer held executive leadership roles at the American Red Cross, National Kidney Foundation, Muscular Dystrophy Association, and Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
Jennifer also serves with the U.S. Commission for Civil Rights, as well as the Committee on the Status of Women and the Committee on Refugee and Immigrant Affairs. Born in Vietnam, raised in Hawaiʻi, and based in Tacoma, she speaks two dialects of Chinese fluently.
Jennifer holds a BSc from Georgetown University and a MSc from the London School of Economics. She is an active volunteer in the schools of her two children, finding joy in dancing hula and hiking mountain trails with her rescue husky.
