In this session, I cover the top ten things every board member should know. The key message is that being on a nonprofit board differs for most people. When a board is not engaged or doing things it shouldn’t, it does not know what it should be doing. I have offered this session for several years, and every time I do, Executive Directors tell me afterward that they need their board to hear this session!
