State Compliance and Reporting

In this session we will be discussing compliance regarding registration with the Office of the Secretary of State and reporting requirements to the Attorney General’s Office, and changes that have occurred under the updated Washington Nonprofit Act RCW 24.03A.
Participants will leave with an understanding of the annual requirements to the Office of the Secretary of State, including the different registrations types such as Nonprofit and Charities, and the AG’s oversight role.
