Navigating through Uncertainty

with Molly Harper from The Harper Consulting Group

The Harper Consulting Group was founded in 2009 to help nonprofits move from ‘bottom-line’ fundraising to evolve their revenue and business models to become more financially stable through integrating relationship-based, equitable partnerships with funders. We have worked through the changing environments to see how we need to adapt to meet the changes of what we see coming down the pipeline. We have identified three areas that will be critical to ensuring your organization is prepared for the philanthropic and public funding priority changes coming down the pike:

· Financial stability through diversification of revenue streams,

· Programmatic and operational efficiency to address current and future capacity challenges, and

· Relationship/Community-based, collaborative approaches to fundraising and advocacy. There are key strategies that will help any nonprofit not only survive challenging times but also clarify their role and deepen their impact… even when the barriers to success seem insurmountable. We know federal funding is a big question mark for nonprofits around the country right now.

Our goal is to equip attendees with actionable strategies to not only sustain their organizations during challenging times but also to enhance their mission and impact. Recognizing the uncertainty surrounding federal funding, we aim to provide participants with a clear roadmap to navigate the complexities of Project 2025 and its potential implications for federal funding over the next four years and beyond.
