In a time when many non-profits are trying to do more with less, this session will help organizations find an abundance mindset through community ecosystem & asset mapping. A strengths-based approach to community development, asset mapping helps identify current community resources, institutions, and individuals that help us all thrive.

This hands-on workshop will include participating in creating an asset map for your community and recognizing your own strengths and capacities. The conference theme, Rooted Together, is about the broad ecosystem we all exist in and work to serve. This workshop will directly tie to the idea that we are stronger as a collective than as individuals and provide tangible ways to lean on each other as we navigate the challenges ahead.
